Our April 15^th Tax Day Tea Party will be a celebration of the anniversary of our first official event. Those involved in the organizing last year know that the size of our gathering was a big surprise to all who were watching us. When we arrived to open the lot, the city had not even opened the gate for us. They never expected the hundreds who arrived and protested peacefully that chilly afternoon.

There are many Tea Party critics who think that we are burned out, that Tea Parties will soon disappear. We want to prove them wrong in a big way. Now you are thinking, “What can I do to help?” We are glad you asked. Here are some ideas on simple things you can do to promote the Tax Day Tea Party and the Huntsville Tea Party Movement in general. Call it our guerrilla marketing campaign.

2. Send a flier about the Tax Day Tea Party to your neighbors.
3. Leave a Tax Day Tea Party flier on your coworkers' desks.
4. Put Tax Day Tea Party flier on your company bulletin board.
5. Using white shoe polish, write “Tax Day Tea Party April 15^th” on the back glass of your car or truck. (Front glass not recommended.)
6. Print up some cheap business cards with information about the Tax Day Tea Party and pass them out wherever you go.
